If you're deciding which tier fits your catalog right now, here's what each plan actually controls, and how to add room without upgrading the whole plan.
What a plan controls
A BooksOasis plan sets how many books you can have listed at once, nothing else. It doesn't cap your sales, your readers, or your earnings. Whether you sell one copy or ten thousand copies of a book, your plan price stays the same, because BooksOasis never takes a commission on a sale.
The three tiers
- Starter, 10 book listings, a good fit for a first title or two while you try the platform properly.
- Growth, 100 book listings, built for authors and small publishers with a growing backlist.
- Publisher, 500 book listings, the largest tier, meant for full backlists and imprints.

Monthly or yearly billing
Every plan can be billed monthly or yearly. The yearly price works out cheaper per year than paying month to month, so if you're confident you'll keep your catalog listed for the long haul, yearly billing is the better value.
Need just a few more slots?
You don't have to jump to the next tier just to add one or two extra books. Pay-as-you-go lets you add individual listing slots beyond your plan's limit at any time, priced per book, per month or per year. The per-book pay-as-you-go rate gets cheaper the bigger your existing plan already is, so a Publisher-tier account pays less per extra slot than a Starter-tier account does.
What happens if you outgrow a plan
You can move up to a larger tier whenever your catalog needs it. There's no penalty for upgrading, and your existing listings, author names, and series carry over as they are.
