The model, plainly

You choose a plan based on how many books you want listed at a time, pay for it monthly or yearly, and everything you earn after that is yours. On ebooks, that's the full sale price. On print editions, the printing cost and a print handling fee of 30% of that cost come out first, and whatever is left is the author's. Shipping is paid by the reader.

A single book listing on BooksOasis, called a Work, can carry multiple editions: an ebook, a paperback, a hardcover, or all three. Readers see one page for the book and choose the format they want. You manage pricing, availability, and details for each edition from the same place.
Your identity, your choice
You can publish under as many author names or publisher imprints as you like, all from one private account. Readers only ever see the author name or publisher name attached to a book, never your account details.
